All your applications in one place, never mixed up.
It watches for silence
Four weeks without a reply and an application is flagged as gone quiet, rather than sitting in your list looking alive. The ones with an interview booked are left alone.
It tells you what to chase
Interviews coming up, replies that never came, next steps you have not taken. Worked out and put at the top, instead of left for you to notice.
It takes your spreadsheet
Import a CSV and we work out which column is which. Ambiguous dates are checked with you first, because 03/04 means two different days depending on where the file came from.
It finds who you know
Drop in your LinkedIn connections export and see who already works where you have applied. Matched in your browser and never uploaded — those are other people's details.
The moment your interview ends, it writes the awkward email.
Give us the time and the thank-you is waiting as soon as you walk out, while it is still fresh. A nudge follows a week later if nobody comes back to you. Both arrive with a draft written from what you recorded — yours to edit, not to send blind.

Subject Thank you — Product Designer at Halden Bank
Hello, Thank you for taking the time to speak with me about the Product Designer role at Halden Bank — I really enjoyed the first interview. It only confirmed what appeals to me about it: a lean design team with experienced people to learn from, and work that clearly lands. [Add one specific thing from the conversation here — it is what makes this land.]
Built from your own notes. It never invents a detail about a conversation it was not in.
Note why you liked them, and what each interview will test.
Thirty applications in, the details blur. Rate how much you actually want each one and say why, keep notes on who you are meeting, and write down what they told you the interview would cover — while you still know it.

Ana Whitfield (Design Lead) and Tom Okafor (PM). Priya, the recruiter, said they will assess craft, how I handle ambiguity, and working with engineering — bring the payments example.

Common questions
- Is it really free?
- Yes, and the tracking stays free. There is no cap you are going to reach. If we ever charge it will be for something new, not for taking away what you already had.
- Do you email employers on my behalf?
- Never. We draft the follow-up and you send it yourself, from your own address. Nothing leaves this product addressed to anyone but you.
- Will my employer find out I am looking?
- Not from us. Your applications are visible to you and to nobody else, and we do not have an employer-facing product that could show them.
- Do you sell my data?
- No, and we do not plan to. What we do build is anonymous statistics on how long employers take to reply — which is the number nobody can get today and everybody wants. Your answers feed it by default, as company domains only: never your name, your address, or which company you applied to. Nobody, including us, can work out who any figure came from. If you would rather not, it is one click to turn off and it stays off.
- What happens to the CVs I upload?
- They are kept so you can see which version you sent where. Only you can open them, and deleting one deletes the file itself rather than hiding it.
- Can I get my data out?
- Yes, whenever you like, and you can delete everything just as easily. It is your job hunt.
