Hiring on misMATCH

The people worth hiring are usually not applying. They are employed, quietly looking, and not about to put a CV on a job board their manager can search.

You see what they do, not who they are

Skills, the roles they want, where, and the least they would take — with no name, no current employer and no way to contact them. That is what makes somebody employed willing to be here at all, and it is not a setting we can turn off for you.

You ask, and they decide

You cannot message anybody. You say which role and why you are getting in touch, and they choose whether a conversation happens. Saying no tells you it is closed and nothing else. It means nobody here has been harvested from somewhere and emailed.

Every match is explained

A candidate is scored against your brief out of 100, in parts, each carrying the sentence behind it — not a model you have to take on trust. You can disagree with a ranking and see exactly which part to argue with.

What it costs

Hiring accounts are paid. Candidates never pay to be found, and never will — they are the reason the other side is worth anything. We are agreeing pricing with our first companies one at a time rather than publishing a number we would have to defend for a year, so tell us what you are hiring for and we will show you who is there and what it would cost you.
